I am experienced in various modalities and techniques, allowing me to work with diverse clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. As a military veteran, I have a particular interest in trauma. I understand the unique challenges that traumatic events can bring and aim to tailor my therapeutic techniques to best address these specific concerns.
