Regardless of past influences, current issues, or future challenges, I hope to discuss with you and find ways to face them that make you feel comfortable and effective. My approach is mainly related to Humanistic Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, but I am not fixated on a specific approach. Therapy plans and approaches will be flexible according to the client’s needs. I can also provide services in Mandarin according to the client’s requirements.
