My goal is to accompany you in leading a healthy and fulfilled life. I work with clients from various backgrounds and with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, athletes’ issues, and multicultural issues. My approach to therapy is to incorporate a harmonious balanced between REBT, existential therapy, and Gestalt techniques.
