I believe everyone can benefit from therapy! Counseling is about finding the answers and paths that you’re looking for and I do my best to facilitate those goals. I’m a strong proponent of CBT but am dedicated to find the right type of strategy for each unique person. I believe that you are the one in control of counseling and am always happy to work at whatever pace makes you feel comfortable. Together we can work on creating a sense of trust and strength to get you where you want to be. I grew up as an Orthodox Jew and enjoy all kinds of things from video games to sports and everything in between!
