My clients can expect to be met with warmth, empathy and a safe space to be their authentic selves. I want to empower them with the tools to not just survive but thrive. Additionally, they can expect to be challenged to step into their greatness and continually encouraged throughout their therapeutic journey. Working with me is a collaborative experience. I want my clients to know they have the license and ability to reach their highest potential. I utilize all sorts of therapeutic modalities because therapy is not one size-fits-all all. What may work for one individual may not work for the other. For that reason, I tailor all of my sessions to meet the individual needs of each of my clients.
