My goal is to ensure my clients make the best out of therapy and the approaches we utilize. I create a safe and open environment focused on helping clients work through their struggles while creating a healthy relationship with themselves and others.  My approach to therapy is both educational and theoretical. I focus on meeting the client where they are currently at in their journey and help guide them to work on the goals we set together. I believe therapy is a joint effort.
