Getting to know Melissa
We will identify issues of concern, plan goals, and create those first steps toward change. I use several different techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution -Focused therapy while maintaining a strengths-based, person- centered outlook. I have a wide range of experience in the fieldworking with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance misuse, self-esteem, and family/relationship issues. I am excited to meet you and for us to start this journey together.
