As someone trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I focus on fostering trust, improving communication, and enhancing emotional connection. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy techniques to help clients identify their strengths and work toward practical, achievable goals. For individuals, I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness techniques to support emotional regulation and build coping strategies, particularly for those navigating depression and anxiety. This well-rounded approach helps clients address challenges, develop resilience, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
